Can anyone please rate my YGO WC 2009 DS deck?

Iv'e seen to many water decks and its really hard to rate them, However you use to many cards that rely on another card or take to much to activate such as magic jammer or toranado wall. I think you should just invest all your points into the light of destruction pack and make lightsowrn till you can get synchro cat built. I personally use a shonen jump top 20 deck stardust ualt in game and outside of it. So many options Im sure youll find one unless you just love water decks.
